Le Chocolatier Sablais was first born in the imagination of Ségolène and Stéphane Arnauld, in the 2000s. The two gourmands had then discovered a treasure in this Vendée institution: an old book of handwritten recipes for biscuits, chocolates, and other delicious confectionery.
